Set up is between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on Sunday, 1 February 2026.
All vendors are expected to keep trading until 2:00 pm.
All vendors must apply in advance so we can reserve your spot.
Check with the site supervisor on arrival so you can be directed to your spot.
Site fees are payable on the day.

7. Entry and Exit into Heritage Park is via Arve Road.
Please follow the directions of SES volunteer parking attendants.
Site fee for commercial food vendors is $70.00. Payable on the day. Eftpos facility is available.
Site fee for fund-raising Community Organisations is at no charge.
Please advise if access to power is required. You will need to supply your own leads and ensure they are not a trip hazard.
The following documents are mandatory as these need to be submitted with our event application to Huon Valley Council.
Proof of insurance, and
food licence
